Move too slowly and enemy reinforcements will outpace your progress.Resources are scarce, and every piece of scrap is contested. Dedicated structures generate additional action points at a power cost, giving you room to reinforce a position or press an attack when it matters. As the war escalates, new technologies unlock stronger defenses and countermeasures.
